Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

There is a $200 cleaning fee and a $59 Property Damage Insurance fee

What is the check-in/check-out times?

Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am

Are parties/events allowed?

Yes, parties and events are allowed. Great for business conferences!

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is allowed on any Exploring the Smokies property

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed on any Exploring the Smokies property

Is there a minimum age required of the primary renter?

Yes, the minimum age of the primary renter is 25

What is the maximum occupancy?

The maximum occupancy is 22
